ORCHARD ANTI-HAIL NETTING PROTECTION SYSTEM | AGTEK+ ™
For fruit growers, one of the most damaging weathering conditions is hail, which can easily destroy entire harvests and even no produce in the years following the event. Anti-hail net protection systems have been used since 1950s as one of the most efficient solutions to the hail disaster; also ensure a continuity of the production over time.
At AGROW, we offer several systems for orchard covering, from the traditional sloping system to flat system. All netting cover systems are tensile structure consisting of vertical supports connected to each other by wire rope or cable, and kept taut by tie back cable anchor and ground anchors set in the ground. The net is laid over the rows of fruit plants and secured to the structure by special hardware and accessories.
